Purpose-Driven Leadership Profile
Leadership and team collaboration are complex and situational. There is not a single 'proper' behavior, but rather different leadership and team styles that vary in effectiveness depending on context, personality and the task at hand. They also influence each other and co-develop dynamically.

In order to foster individual strengths and identify development potential, it helps to occasionally take a snapshot in time of the leadership style and team experience, and ideally to compare one's own view with an outside perspective.

The goal of the zentor Purpose-Driven Leadership (PDL) Profile is to combine the perspectives of leaders and team members into a consistent picture.

Team results are only recorded anonymously and displayed only in aggregate form of at least 3 questionnaires per team, which prevents the identification of individual responses. Responses can be assigned to individual managers, but not to individual team members.

The questionnaire takes about 10-12 minutes to complete. Please answer the questions directly without overthinking them. If possible, avoid being guided by personal preferences or dislikes.
