There is not a single 'proper' behavior, but rather<strong> different leadership and team styles<\/strong> that vary in effectiveness depending on context, personality and the task at hand. They also influence each other and co-develop dynamically. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>In order to foster individual strengths and identify development potential, it helps to occasionally take a <strong>snapshot in time<\/strong> of the leadership style and team experience, and ideally to compare one's <strong>own view<\/strong> with an <strong>outside perspective<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>The goal of the <strong>zentor Leadership Profile (ZLP)<\/strong> is to combine the perspectives of leaders and team members into a consistent picture.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Team results are only recorded <u><b>anonymously<\/u><\/b> and displayed only in <b>aggregate form<\/b> of at least 3 questionnaires per team, which <u><b>prevents<\/u><\/b> the identification of individual responses.
