zentor Leadership Profile
Leadership and team collaboration are complex and situational. There is not a single 'proper' behavior, but rather different leadership and team styles that vary in effectiveness depending on context, personality and the task at hand. They also influence each other and co-develop dynamically.

In order to foster individual strengths and identify development potential, it helps to occasionally take a snapshot in time of the leadership style and team experience, and ideally to compare one's own view with an outside perspective.

The goal of the zentor Leadership Profile (ZLP) is to combine the perspectives of leaders and team members into a consistent picture.

Team results are only recorded anonymously and displayed only in aggregate form of at least 3 questionnaires per team, which prevents the identification of individual responses. Responses can be assigned to individual managers, but not to individual team members.

The questionnaire takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. Please answer the questions directly without overthinking them. If possible, avoid being guided by personal preferences or dislikes.
