zentor Leadership Profile (Assessment Leadership Style)
Our zentor Leadership Profile provides valuable insights into leadership your style and intelligently combines different layers of self, team, and leadership team assessments into a comprehensive picture. You can create your individual Leadership Profile with three easy steps:

Dear team member,
As part of a leadership training program, I'd like to learn more about how working with me is like, and what the team spirit feels like. This will help me develop further - from which you will (hopefully) also benefit. It would thus be great if you could help me by answering two online questionnaires, which together should take less than 20 minutes to complete.
The data will be collected anonymously by an external company (zentor) and will only be displayed in aggregated form once at least 3 team members have answered - thus preventing to draw conclusions about individual answers. This means that answers can be assigned to individual managers, but not to individual team members.

3) Profile Results
Once your Self-Assessment and at least three answers from your team have been completed, you can access your profile results here. Please note that the profile covers a lot of information across the board, which does not always make it easy to interpret. We will therefore go through the zentor Leadership Profile live during the training and give tips on how to read and interpret the results.

zentor Leadership Profile (Change – Follow-up Assessment)
In the training, we often talked about “experiments” to further develop your individual leadership style. As a follow-up, you can now test whether these experiments were successful and what has changed in your leadership skills and the team spirit. For a data-based comparison of the metrics, a Follow-up Assessment of the Leadership Profile is required – again in three simple steps:

As a follow-up, I would now like to find out whether anything has changed in the cooperation with me or the mood in the team and in which direction we can work together even better. It would therefore be great if you could help me once again (the last time, I promise!) by answering a questionnaire.

3) Profile Results
Once your Self-Assessment and at least three answers from your team have been completed, you can access your individual profile results as well as in comparison to the First Evaluation. We went through the interpretation of the results live in training – though we can always discuss firther individual topics, e.g. in a 1:1 coaching session.
